The Centre for Policy, Promotion and Prevention is an NGO based in the East Midlands, which works on projects across the United Kingdom. For more than ten years, we have used a social enterprise model to promote cohesion, integration and cooperation between marginalised communities and wider society.
We believe migrant communities should thrive within British culture. We therefore encourage people to improve their English and communication skills. We also support individuals from ethnic minority communities – especially women – to develop their vocational skills, so that they can achieve their employment potential.
We value the insight of religious leaders who provide spiritual guidance and help people understand their history and culture. We also actively support interfaith initiatives based on shared objectives and common values
